The Century Family Portfolio

Century Companies’ beginnings date back to 1979 when Larry Maxwell developed his first active-adult manufactured housing community in Winter Haven, Florida. Today, still family owned and operated, the company owns and manages a growing portfolio of 15 manufactured housing communities (CRF Communities), 17 storage facilities (Century Storage, Century Boat & RV Storage, and Century Truck Parking) and 20 retail shopping centers (Century Retail), along with a small portfolio of apartment complexes (600 units total). The properties are all located in Central Florida near our downtown Lakeland corporate offices, allowing for effective hands-on management and leasing.
